The Founder

A former banker, corporate lawyer and economist. Fifteen years of experience as an economic, legal and business consultant, mastering in banking law, private law, business law, corporate restructuring and financial management.

Mr. Pradjoto regularly publishes articles and papers on banking and finance issues and spoken at numerous seminars and workshops on financial, banking and corporate matters. He was the author of Mencegah Kebangkrutan Bangsa (2003) and Kebebasan berserikat (1981). He advised government institutions on economic and legal issues and involved in various strategic government programs such as divestment, corruption eradication and restructuring. Currently he serves as the Supervisor Board for Business Banking Code of Ethic for the Association of National Banks (Perhimpunan Bank-Bank Nasional) also as member of the Code of Ethic Chamber for the Board of Risk Management Certification (Badan Sertifikasi Manajemen Risiko). Mr. Pradjoto has been registered as an advocate in Indonesian Advocates Association(PERADI) and a capital market legal consultant.
