Located in Jakarta, Indonesia, Pradjoto & Associates was established in May 29, 1995 by Mr. Pradjoto S.H, M.A, a former banker and columnist. Since its inception, the firm has witnessed the fundamental change in the Indonesian legal practice marked by the enhancement of surveillance role in law enforcement by promoting transparency, accountability and public participation principles. in conjunction with the fundamental transformation of the legal and economic situation in Indonesia, the firm expanded its area of practice from initially finance and banking sector, to general corporate matters, capital market, energy and mining, labor, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. At present, our clients range from individuals and institutions in a local and international level.
